Aside from the road construction in the area, which was substantial, the fact that it was close to the Interstate, yet far enough away to not hear the constant traffic noise was great.

They came in and cleaned. When they left i took a wet rag and wiped the floor and it was black! Didn't very much or well. I had to buy cleaning supplies and clean it. Not happy!
